I have no right, by anything I do or say, to demean a human being in his own eyes. What matters is not what I think of him; it is what he thinks of himself. To undermine a man's self-respect is a sin. Agreed. Understand what you are actually free to do. Don't do anything to undermine somebody else's or even yours self-respect. It happens that you feel like a prisoner when you are not able to freely say anything. Actually, fault is with the rights that you have with yourself. You can question that why you demanded something of which you did not have any rights. It seems that you have a restraint that confines or restricts freedom. See, you need to be free of the shackles. Fly high. That's what your aim is. Come out of the prison. You are not a culprit. You are an independent soul.
