svoboda

I have no right, by anything I do or say, to demean a human being in his own eyes. What matters is not what I think of him; it is what he thinks of himself. To undermine a man's self-respect is a sin.

Agreed. Understand what you are actually free to do. Don't do anything to undermine somebody else's or even yours  self-respect. It happens that you feel like a  prisoner when you are not able to freely say anything. Actually, fault is with the rights that you have with yourself. You can question that why you demanded something of which you did not have any rights. It seems that you have a restraint that confines or restricts freedom.

See, you need to be free of the shackles. Fly high. That's what your aim is.

Come out of the prison. You are not a culprit. You are an independent soul. If you have not got the rights to freely exercise your power on something, then don't just force yourself to get those rights. Simply accept that you don't the rights and freedom.

Har chiz pe aapka haq ho, ye jaruri to nai...
Aap jahan jana chaho wahan pahuch hi jao , ye bhi jaruri to nai.

Kabhi lagta hai ki tinka tinka jo haasil kia, wo kabhi haathon mein aaya hi nai...
Kabhi lagta hai ki itna chalne k baad bhi abhi wahin par hi  hai  jahan se chale the, jaise abhi chale hi nai.

Kabhi lagta hai ki jaruri sochne ko itna kuch tha par humne wo jaruri samjha hi nai.

Kehte hai ki jab jaage aap tab hi savera mann lijiye, aisa hai to kabhi savera dekha hi nai.

I am no one to judge and interpret other's action. But, all in all no one likes to suffer every time for everything

  1. "To undermine a man's self-respect is a sin"..This is the worst that you can do with a person....and I always try to opt for this option....but don't dare to do this.....beacause I can't justify this to myself....
