For those of us who would rather stand out from the crowd. there are some relatively easy ways but they require "A Little Bit Of Commitment On Our Part." The first way to stand out from the crowd is to take time to "do little things right". The second way to stand out from the crowd is to "find alternatives to profanity".There are plenty of ways to tell someone exactly what you think about them without being profane . The third way to stand out from the crowd is to "remember things that most other people commonly forget " subjects like politics and world events . The fourth way to stand out from the crowd is to "live below your means ".There is lot of freedom that comes with living below one's means. when everyone around you is struggling to make ends meet and you are not , you really stand out . The Fifth way to stand out from the crowd is to make decisions based on logic and reason instead of emotion and /or dogma .

Promotion is a great milestone in everyone's career whenever it may happen -- sooner or later .. Yes some folks get it on time or before even whereas there are some who have to wait for it for some or other reason(career break/performance etc. ) So I guess my story is straightforward story of female employee going on maternity break. But its not so simple if viewed from my angle.  I was very much disturbed mentally while I was on my ML since I could see all my peers going at next level. I just could not understand why not me when I am seeing the next level movement happening in bulk.. yes its true! don't know what performance indicators or policies to identify people who will move to next level, or is it based on lottery system! I still cant understand this and its still deep inside as a black hole.  But with all darkness within i could see some light as well as I had some very encouraging people to talk to who gave me motivation and how I can achieve what I want to....

There are situations when you start disbelieving your strengths and put up your weakness at par with them. The things you are denied, are the things you crave the most. For example when you are told that a particular things does not deserve to be yours and it does not stand any future prospects , then that things you desire the most. It is at these situations your emotions plays the role of weakening your strengths. Emotions are a person’s feelings. They may be expressed in the form of ardor, excitement, warmth, anger or even passion. Researches even talk about the fact that emotions   rather than IQ may be a truer indicator of human intelligence. EQ or Emotional Quotient, is a tricky business and can`t be easily pinned down.These are some scientific facts and I would not go deep into it .
